When contacting the owner of title to the home, the owner had no idea that the home was listed for sale or exchange whatsoever. The owner was shocked that such a thing could happen.
The owner claims that Mr. Woodard has not paid rent for at least one year while the owner is in a bankruptcy and continues to pay the taxes and insurance on the home.
The owner is also having difficulty evicting Mr. Woodard.
When looking into the background of Mr. Woodard it was discovered that as a matter of public record he is a convicted felon with a history of felony thefts.
