This guy named Greg Gaff sold us a kirby, or rather bullied me for hours until my husband came home from work and then bullied him. We bought the kirby, which was said to have never been used but on our carpet. The attachments told a different story; when the guy left we looked them over and noticed they were indeed used. I called several times and so did my husband and told them we couldnt get the thing to work, they rudley said to follow the instruction booklet, like we were retarded!
Greg told my husband and I that we had thirty days to cancel, we only had three, which was in fine print on our contract, but the lower half we noticed a week later was missing!!! So, they say that we cannot give the Kirby back, even though it does not do what they promised, and it has left water in my carpets and is now molding.
My son has asthma and if they dont take this kirby back and let us out of our contract we will have a lawsuit against them!!
