There is a lot of detail to this story, but for now I wanted to post this to warn everyone. LAter I will give updates.
Basically this locksmith company charged us a lot more than what we were told. From about $100 and instead we got charged over $1000.in addition to the fradulent charges, they took advantage of us in a crises situation AND the charges themselves are rip offs AND they used cheap unknown generic locks.
A Locksmith is what they are listed as in the phone book, but Golden locksmith is who charged us.
They will not reveal what thier physical location is. One time we were told an address but it was for a post office box in a UPS store, which we drove 30 miles to find out!
The customer service is horrible. Please beware. After much trying to talk and write to them, we decided to file with the BBB and consumer action organization in our state. I have a feeling they have done this to many other people. I hope something will be resolved. Any support or help will be appreciated.
