I called this individual to do work on my home and he told me that he was going to probably be in the area of my house later that week and would see if he could stop by and do the work. I called again a day before to confirm that he was still going to the other bigger job the next day and he confirmed it saying, "no problem". The next day I get home from work and take a look at the area where the work was needed and there was nothing done to it. I called Dennis and asked him if there was any trouble finding the house and offered to give him directions again. He started into circular questioning about buying a replacement and he didn't want to take a trip all the way out there just for my job. I told him that I understood that but he had said her would be out in the area that day. He went around in a circle with this two more times then told me not to call him again and to call someone else. He then hung up.
