Fixes defective equiptment when returned, and doesn't refund money because IT'S NOT BROKEN, ripoff!

We recently returned a defective propane heater for carpet cleaning to Namco, after having it sit in our living room for 3 wks. It wouln't heat water over 130 degrees, and the tap water was 120. They sent a thermostat that took a week to get to us, for us to change, still not working. Water was leaking, and 5 burner's wouldn't light.

After another week, they said they would have someone pick it up. We took it, had it packaged, and they said they would refund us all of our money for equiptment, shipping, and packaging cost. I verified with Maria and Pricilla before sending it back.

They had the heater for over a week, and when I called to find out about our money, they said it was working just fine. They had a week to fix it, so sure it's working just fine.

They won't refund our shipping or the packaging because there is nothing wrong with it. We didn't fix it and I know the truck driver didn't fix it, so how is it working just fine? They fixed it when they got it back.

The owner of the company, Ron, and his son, Brian both said "it's not leaking", well I know, and everyone at the packaging company saw it leaking on their floor when we antifreezed it to send it back. Who fixed it? The heater fairy? They make all their money by ripping hard working people off. They don't care, they have money so why do they need to keep mine?
