Ordered 1 vacuum, suppose to get one free and a steam, haven't receive anything and they chagred me for 4 and will not refund my money or answer the phone

I purchased a Wind Storm Vacuum and was suppose to get one free and a steamer. I used my debit card from my bank so 2 days later I have a charge on my account for $353.00 they billed me for 2 vacuums and 2 free vacuums and 2 steams, I only ordered the 1 and 1 free and steamter. I have called and called and asked for a refund and to ship my vacuums and have not received anything yet. I ordered this on October 9th.
