Shell Gas (LPG) Bulk LLC ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing and poor servive

This company refuses to pick up their LP gas tank months after I closed my acount. Then they send a bill for $125.00 claiming I owe for rent on the tank. They will not close my account & I have never signed a rental agreement with them.
