I was sent four Lazer Storm vacuums instead of the buy one get one free. Shipping was $96 for a 48 pound package that FEDEX Ground reports should have cost $33.12. Have tried two different phone numbers and have been on hold for extensive times then disconnected. Email to company promised a response in 24 hours. It has been four days and still no response. Fortunately, my credit card company is holding the amount in dispute. I am prepared to send everything back including the free steamer.
