A day bed was purchased for my daughter - i had to wait for my change - the employee came back with pizza but not with my change-his lunch was more important than a customer waiting with three small children - 2 days later when the day bed was supposed to be ready for pick-up, (fifty dollars for delivery and 25.00 for set-up), was not ready and they offered a floor model which was in perfect condition - for they had just assembled it - (they said)-
When it arrived, it had scratches and dings in the metal and wooden posts - when i called the store, the employee called me honey - i asked him kindly to call me by my name - he gave me the run around and kept calling me honey - i was angry so i called the regional office and i made such a stink, i am getting the day bed replaced, which my husband will assemble, along with the mattress - be persistant and don't take bad business from anyone - i didn't!
