I ordered the singerLazer Storm on Aug. 8. I changed my mind and cancelled the order on Aug. 10 and received a cancellation confirmation from the customer service rep. Since I never received the product, I assumed that the cancellation was in effect but to my surprise, I was charged $233.90 to my Credit Card acct. I have tried to reach them through the Customer Service line with no avail. I have emailed them several times and each time I get an automated email response saying someone will contact me in 24hrs. I am still waiting. I have disputed the charge on my Credit Card and will be filing a complaint with BBB.
As a word of advice, please be warned when dealing with such shady marketing companies. Don't fall a prey.
