Signed a contract in March, for a screen enclosure and insulated aluminum roof and gave a deposit. Salesman told us that the work would be completed in 3 months, maybe less.
We were understanding, at first, when the work had not even been started, after the 3 months. We tried to get an answer on why the job was taking so long.
At first, we were told that they were behind schedule. Then we started to get different stories from different people, in the company.
Numerous phone calls were made to the company, with no response. When we did get a response, we were told that the owner would call us back. To this day, the owner has never called us.
We were also told to call his cell phone. When we called, no one would ever answer the phone and we were unable to leave a message, since the mailbox was full. It has been full for months.
The company is using stall tactics and I feel that they have no intention in completing the job.
