No one picks up phone
-No returned messages
-Six months project not near completion
-Several errors and redos
-Personnel doesnt seem to remember any conversations had.
-Superintendant calls several times for the same question as to what has been done.
-Months in between work being done
-Actions stated never actioned
-Operations manager hung up as soon as i started stating problems (trust me i was professional no cursing)
-Unbelievable plumbing crooked pipes and just ugly Not like the photos that were showed to me.
-Paid a little more for better equipment, service, and craftsmanship havent recieved any.
-other pools in the neighbor hood are done in 2-3 months and look great and better price.
-Said they were the worlds largest and have been around since 1954. Truth is the all operate like a franchise and pay fees to diving lady to operate as a national corporation. This one has only been here 2 years and they have no idea what to do.
