Purchased a new modular home from QRH in 2003. They promised custom build and service after the sale. Two years later we're still waiting on original punch list (repairs) to be completed. After complaining and asking for over a year, the contracter went under and now the dealer says they won't honor the service promise.
Unless you have unlimited funds and time, avoid these people. They are based in VA. They'll tell you anything untill they have the check cashed, then you're on your own.
