Fin-All SuperRoof lifetime guarantee purchased in 1997. Roof has leaked almost since installation. On two occasions a repairman came and did "something" to fix the leak... It continued to leak. The 3rd time I called for repair I got a disconnected number. Subsequent searches to find the salesman, the installer, or the company have been met with dead ends. Local roofing contractors are unwilling to even look at my roof once they find out it is Fin-All. I've been living with pans and bowls to catch leaks ever since the roof was installed. I paid over $18,000 for this lifetime guaranteed rip-off.
