Inline Aluminum And Concrete
Fraudulent business practices. Does not honor terms of contract

On 06 april mr. Raymond Parsons (President) represented Inline Aluminum and Concrete during the signing of an AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES (a contract) "to install a new screen cage on an existing lanai per permit". I was the other party to sign the contract. Per agreement, I made partial payment via check (the company DID NOT accept credit cards) for $3000, with the remaining $3000 due at a later time.

At the time the contract was signed, Mr. Parsons verbally committed to me the job to be easy, not taking more than two days to complete as his company had experience with installing similar screen enclosures. He also stated that once all building permits were secured by his company and approval granted from my HomeOwners Association (HOA), work would begin "right away".in the contract, the project start date is described as beginning "PER PERMIT".

Two days after signing the contract, I contacted Mr. Parsons regarding the permits I believed were required in order to start the project. He informed me that Lee County had temporarily altered the permitting process because of the large amount of permit requests due to recent hurricane activity. According to Mr. Parsons, Lee County only needed to do a post-completion inspection of the work performed before signing off.in essence, only HOA approval was needed before work could begin. I received this approval on 11 MAY notifying Mr. Parsons, in person, immediately.

The current date is 18 JUNE. It has been 37 days since all pre-installation requirements have been met. I have yet to receive a screen enclosure from Inline Aluminum. I have attempted several phone calls to and many face-to-face meetings with Mr. Parsons in order to resolve this issue. All attempts have been unsuccessful.

On 12 JUNE I sent via FEDEX a letter to Mr. Parsons requesting action on this matter before 18 JUNE. I have yet to receive a response from Inline Aluminum or Raymond Parsons regarding this issue. Once this matter is resolved, an update will be posted.
