This company now sells "service contracts" for water conditioners and thenm does not answer the phone when called with a problem. We bought a conditioner from Jonathan Yaketta (owner?) and we have a car and he wanted it, so he said to put the money for the coditioner as a down payment and he signed an agreement to pay the rest in 2 payments. He will not answer the phone now (he has caller I.D.)! We have found out since that he did not own the equipment and has not paid the supplier (Beatriz A.inc.) a reputable company. So we are now liable to them! He did take the car and whilst in his possession it was damaged. We did get the car back but he refuses to pay for the damages.
His father initially came to sell us the unit (Ron Yacketta), and now he says he is no longer working in the water improvement business and refuses to help us to contact his son Jonathan Yacketta.
