I ordered 2 pieces of furniture. They have now been delivered 3 times and each time the boxes are destroyed (by UPS). UPS says they are not packaged properly for how heavy they are.
Office depot does issue a credit then does a re-order for these pieces. I find out today that my bank account is being slammed by 8 office depot transactions (each item is a seperate order which is 6 transactions and the newest shipment #4 is already processed for delivery tomorrow). I find out that the credit's for the items I denied at the door are not even being credited for possibly a couple weeks.
Now I'm being slammed with NSF fee's of $50 a pop! This is ridiculous! I've spoke with probably 20 csr's thru this. And about 5 managers all of who are no help and say they can't do anything else. I simply want the furniture ordered. If it was available to pick up in the store I would do that but they do not stock it even though they have a furniture display in store.
Grrrrrrrrrrr i hate you office depot!!!
