Mark Provenzano entered into a professional agreement then refused to pay the architect on the project after receiving the architecture fee from the building owner. Seems like this guys business model is to accept money as general contractor and then not pay sub contractors or professional organizations, instead pocketing the money for himself. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
