Long story short! I recently ordered a part for my refrigerater from partsolver. At first they sent me half of the part that I needed so I called back and they sent me an other piece of the part. When I called back I was on the phone for 40 min while the lady tried to figure out what I needed to order again! After about a hour we were convienently disconnect!
When I called back a few days later the man on the phone told me that I had the wrong parts and he would refund my money and send me the right part that is sold all togather (which is cheaper) not separet like they kept sending me. Then oops he reliezed that I was over the 30 day return policie so I couldn't return. So now Im stuck with 100 dollars in parts that I cant do anything with. They're worthless service and useless parts are a rip off and a scam!
