In this company kept calling my father, a widower on limited income, who finally "caved in" and purchased windows from this company. They only sold him windows for the second story of his home, which is over 120 years old.in total there are only eight windows installed. The cost was $8157.00!! That's over a thouseand dollars a window, and they are all small windows.
None of the his children knew this was done. My father passed away on January 13, of 2004. I have tried to get this company to give me the full information concerning these windows, but they do not cooperate at all. I have been trying for over eight months to get them to justify this expense. They promise to send me all the details of the contract, but never have.
I realize I have no "legal" grounds to base a claim, but if I can prevent one person from being ripped off by this company, then my effort is not in vain. If you email me personally, I will provide you with more details, it gets worse, but there is not room to elaborate.
