My refrigerator went out I called Professional Home Services, the service guy replaced 3n1 startkit with a 90 day parts warranty and 30 day labor warranty. The service guy didnt want to wait for the fan to go on the refrigerator, he said call him if it doesn't work. Well I called and they told me in 5 days they will be out there, I said no, I have food being spolied you guys need to come out now, and that you should have fixed it when you came here the first time.
The owner said maybe tomorrow, I said have the owner call me. The owner called me and said "I'm telling you this is how it is going to be maybe tomorrow." I said do you treat all your customers like this he said yes. I said I want a refund because now I have to call someone else to do the job right. He said "that is not going to happen". I called him a @#$%^ and hang up.
