Do not use this company. My refrigerator had a problem and I called for service. Service person came and I paid the $45 deductible. After three days I called Colonial and was told 5 to 7 weeks to get the parts and get it repaired. Told if I pay expedite fee of another $100 i could get it done within a couple of weeks. I though that was why I had a warranty. The folks at Colonial are rude, and it took three phone calls to get info and talk to a supervisor who was exceptionally rude. He sais that the reason that they didnt charge alot for the warranty is that they do not pay expedite fees and save money on parts. Tell your friends not to use this company. They are the worst.
