Stove started on fire because it was installed wrong and they wont fix it

Made an appointment and the representative did not inform me that there would bea service call charge of 85$. I already new what was wrong with the stove and was even given the part number by the GE technician that was out 2 days prior (this visit by the way was free of charge). I wanted Sears to come and fix the unit under a warranty, or similar, as I was told by the GE tech that the unit was installed improperly thus the reason that my stove started on fire. This was all explained to the service representative when the apoointment was scheduled but on the day of the call I was still charged 85$ and was told it would be another 150$ to repair the stove... All because Sears installed it wrong. This has been followed up by numberous phone calls and hours on the phone in wich I have been told there is nothing that they can do, been hung up on, that are " no records" of our claim, being transfered around to various other departments, and being denied an 85$ refund on a service call that I did not need. To top it off this dispute has been over a wopping 50$ in parts and the labor to instal it. I don't care about the money (I even turned down a 50$ gift card that was offered by 1 representative), it's the principal of it all. You screwed it up so you should be honorable enough to fix it. I will never shop here again! And I will go out of my way to share my exprerience with all my family and friends.
