It came to my attention that my car needed new belts for the power steering which was completely mangled. Granted i wasn't there for engine work, it would've been great to know about it before it became an issue. So much for your 22 point inspection. Also when i took my car to a real mechanic, they told me I completely over paid for my brake job which cost me 775.09 with my 80$ off coupon. I can firmly promise you i will never. And I mean NEVER will be returning to your facade of a professional business. I was told brakes/rotors should've been no more than 335-400$. As i was reviewing my reciept it showed that I piad for two people to be working on my car... Thats complete bullshit, the entire time there was only one guy working on my car. 220$ for 2 hours of labor... You have lost my family's, friend's and future business FOREVER! I thought i was going to NTB for a lower pricing being that your a larger company... It's a true shame to find out you were extorting my desperate times for your profits. I will personally make sure NO ONE I know will ever visit an NTB. I would also like half of my spendings at your establishment to be returned as i was wrongfully charged. And how could i forget that when i called two days prior and ask for an estimate, i was told i would be given a call back and never received one. This speaks of your business model and standard practices, i wonder how your customer service is...
