Daugther's car had a leak in power streering hose. When checking car in ask asst manager to "fix" problem. Was advise they would call after "inspection" charged $9.99 for that inspection (of course that was "discounted": from the usual $21.99) when I told him to "fix" the leak whatever and where ever it was. I think the $9.99 "inspection is a bogus "automatic" charge when they knew they would be fixing the problem to begin with. To show a discount of $12.00 off an original inspection fee of $21.99 was just to throw customers off the trail of something "is not right here".. Naturally, like other national chains, when they complete the look-over and call you they have attempted to find whetever else they can work on to secure a maximum "ticket/sale" on each unit/car that comes in. The other galling part of this visit was to have them replace 2 turn signal bulbs @ $2.99 each and get charged "$24.00 for small bulb" labor!
Now I'm concerned about the quality of Brake pads they put on the car as well as the new rotors since I'm not so sure they used best quality but did charge "best price".
Bottom line, I will not use the company ever again even if I would break down in front of their service center. I would pay to have it towed somewhere else. At check in the asst manager could not have been any better. At check out the clerk himself could not keep a staight face when questioned about the turn signal charge.
I do not expect any thing in return other than to comment on a company I will never use again.
