Took 5 grand for a hot tub and dissapeared, wont return funds or tub, Serious criminal

This criminal took 5 grand and never provided the hot tub purchased. It put us off and put us off saying the unit was beeing water tested and all kinds of other excused and now will not reply. Will not return funds.
