Little Ugly Warehouse Appliances
Their "never used demos" were rusty, smelly and old

I visited Little Ugly Warehouse, LUW, April 14 to look at a washer & dryed combo. The salesman showed me their demo combo. The appliances were covered in blue plastic on the tops giving a "new" impression of the units. Salesman confirms these are demos and never used. We specifically requested new or demo units, not used ones. After delivery and unwrapping they were installed. Inspection disclosed: 1) Washer was rusty underneath, smelling bad inside and definitely used. 2) Dryer was full of lint from previous usersand also smelled bad inside. Neither unit were like demos or new. We were deceived by the salesman claiming these were like now and therefore didn't inspect the units carefully before the purchase. After complaint LUW refused to return the units. No returns, all sales are final. Now we are stuck with old and used machines. A true RipOff by LUW.
