Have sent four payments 8/17, 7/24, 9/4, 12/11 all were cashed, now receiving letter telling me amount due is 10.99

I have received and sent payments for 4 invoices, the last 12/12. All checks were cashed. Now I am receiving a letter to return the book that they have not been paid for but have cashed checks for. I did receice pruners, a book, a pair of gloves and some dead seeds. I have no problem paying for items sent. Please do not demand additional payments.
