I found The Sheet People on the internet. I saw their add for Egyptian Comfort, thought is was Egyptian Cotton sheets, that was the first sign they were playing games. I tried to place an order using my credit card from outside the country, it was declined. I sent them a letter asking if there was a way to get it through, the person who responded was Kevin Raines, he said no and that I had to use another. A few days later I was checking my bank statement and they had billed me when in fact he said he had not.
I'm waiting for a refund but he says he did not bill me and will not send me the sheets. Meanwhile I sent him a copy of the bank transaction and he said he did not do that. The money was taken by The Sheet People. He is not being transparent, I asked 5 times for a phone number so we could talk, all 5 times he refused.
This guy is a fraud, stay clear if you don't want to be deceived or worse, lose your money and receive nothing.
