Barbara Smith ripoff dishonest nonpaying consume

I provided a service to the above party where they claim I presented more than what was expected for the price quoted. After trying to resolve the miss-communication, the party in dispute refused to discuss the situation directly with my company. Feeling that the party might not pay for our services we pulled our crew of 3 workers with more than 50% of completion without demanding any fee for the service. We tried everything to resolve the miscommunication and we feel victimized from this party.
