I contacted HP to help with my computer which they informed me that I must have dropped it, which I didn't but anyway was not going to pay to get it fixed there because I bought the warrenty, I also explained to them it was shipped out at my work address and that is the shipping address but my billing address was different, told the lady on the phone and an email, So I told them just to mail back to me, they did but to my home address which was incorrect and they had me run all over town just to get my computer which they shipped to the wrong address and it tool over 5 days to get to me, WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO GET AN HP COMPUTER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INCORRECT AND THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO RETURN ITEMS THAT DONT BELONG TO THEM!
