New York Sony customer service sucks

I have Sony vio F series laptop 2 month ago and I had problem of graphics so i call customer service and he told me that its takes 3 weeks in CA service center to fix problem. He give me advice to go to New York service center which is faster way to fix problem because i am living in new york. Then i went to New York Madison ave customer service now no body wants to take care of my problem rather then was ignore me to response. When i told the technician (Mike) about my graphics problem he simply said me that he thinks there is no problem with my laptop but i incite him to check it. So he send it for diagnostic test and find my RAM and my optical drive failure. (its take 3days). For fixing this problem it take 10 days. Ones I came for pick up my laptop i saw the dent and scratch of my laptop body. So i talked to technicial (TOM) who fix my laptop he accept that it was his fault. So now to fix the body problem he going to send my laptop to CA service center and its takes around 2 weeks. I said ok then next day he called me he talked to his manager he said that scratch was already their. Its more but I don't want to burn my self to remember this thing again so that's WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE FROM SONY.
