Event # E47481751 Sony vaio laptop
VGN NW240F Called customer no service 10days ago and they diagnosed my problem as the cooling fan over the phone and promised me a tech would call and schedule an on-site within four days to fix problem. I have called three times now with no fix. How long will this take, I am just getting the run around. Laptop is still under warranty. Grrrrrrr.
