Horrible service, horrible people, horrible company

Do not and i repeat do not waste your time or $40 on magic jack! I cannot tell you how horrible everything about them is. I went online to order magicjack because I broke my cell phone and needed a phone immediately. I paid for it and then tried to use it just to see that I need to wait for the next two damn weeks while it got shipped to me. Excuse me? There wasn't one time during your checkout and them getting paid that it says it is going to take two weeks to get the piece of crap. So I chatted with their horrible customer service chat agents and had to request 3 different people. They couldn't even type complete sentences or sentences that made any sense. Poor grammar, poor punctuation, lack of intelligence, lack of any form of compassion or want to help the customer out. They were argumentative and not one of them helped me. I ended up just going to my local store and buying one and called to cancel the cost of the order. Well it's been 6 days and I STILL haven't been refunded. So I set up my magic jack and bought a phone to use like a real home phone and I gave my number to everyone important. Well 5 days come and go and on the 4th of July magic jack isn't working anymore. I contact chat service again and here we go again. I spoke with another 3 agents. The first one, Nancy was literally arguing with me and if I asked her a question that she may have already copied and pasted from somewhere, but I needed her to repeat it, she would say, "I already stated that". So I would say Nancy I am asking you to repeat it and explain it differently and she would give the same response. The girl was horrible. She transferred me and the next agent could help so she sent me to Christy who was an absolute joke. She remoted into my computer and for the next two hours she went through and did the same things I had already done and then a few other things over and over and over and over. Magic jack still isnt working. It's 3 am in the morning and she is not of any help. I work for Intuit Proseries and remote into peoples computers all day long. And if it is to the point that you just can't make it work then you send it to the best of the best, not to another bored as hell agent that doesn't know what they are doing. After wasting hours with these people, AGAIN, She says, "restart your computer" and left the conversation. That was it. Hours wasted, money wasted, spent the 4th of July without talking to friends and family and then their piece of crap chat agents do me like that. I am so SICK of this company. It's clear that they take NO pride at all in their product or in their customer service and technical service. ALL of the matters FAIL. I wish I had never spent any money or any time with this. It's the biggest mistake I have ever made when it comes to a phone service. I am getting another cell phone and I will never use this crappy product again. Word of mouth goes 10x further then your advertising does and I can assure you that everyone I know will be well aware of what a crappy product and company magic jack is.
