Purchased a bundle of 10 motherboards including processors, followers, memory stick and Hardrives.

The 10 motherboards that I required based on support department. Were in stock.

I moved the necessary resources into Ascendtech’s a/d.

After 3 months WITH NO products arriving I approached the support department

To become informed the Motherboards i requested were ALL DEFECTIVE and that I will have to select another panel to match my requirements.

Using The aid of 1 of the support people the products ultimately came in Sydney some four weeks later.

Everything was well-packed for delivery however the only LARGE issue I confronted was the truth that none of 10 400gb hardrives worked.

These were all 5 to 6 yrs old so when I queried a “manager”

Concerning the era of the merchandise, he stated they cope with “new, utilized and refurbished items.

I had been further informed that the hardrives were examined before departing ascendtech and were all working-I really could return them towards the US plus they could be changed with all delivery expenses to become taken care of by me-the customer

Personally, I wouldn’t cope with the corporation again
