I purchased a 1900 buck laptop Qosmio notebook. From morning 1; it'd a damaged display. And so I contact them-and tell them... They state its not their problem and that I should spend around 320 bucks to repair it. And so I ultimately surrender once they would not hear it. I deliver it in; they declare its fixed and deliver it back. I've a break nevertheless (though in a diff location). And so I contact again plus they once more blame it on me though I'd simply popped the container to obtain the break. So that they inform me I should document a state through advantages; that we did. Therefore advantages confirms to deal with it and accumulates underneath the Broken Services division. They deliver it and from that time its been about 2 weeks 5. Today Toshiba does not understand where my pc is, they do not care to locate it, and do not wish to assist me. They've been delivering me in one individual to a different. One scenario supervisor after another; and each is worse compared to last. One informs me I should document a state for missing notebook however completely flips around and claims another analysis should be created. I've gotten nowhere plus they inform me I should call-ups (that we did twice) and informed to place a tracer onto it. That's been completed also it was tracked back again to them. This can most surely be my toshiba. Support is terribly horrible. Each goes out-of their method to display this type of insufficient customer support.
