We purchased the AdvancePro software to integrate our inventory with Quickbooks and scanner capability. This was back in September it is now the end of December and I have been unable to get on the webinar for training and when we requested a one on one they have failed to respond. We are having issues with the scanners and the Rep that sold me the software phone numbers are no longer valid. I have a ticket into Customer support, but haven't heard a peep. When I call the main line and dial ext. 3 for admin, the VM is full and no way to leave a message. It has been a terrible experience.
