I saved a game title: "Jones and Buddies Special Shipping" for my son. Our charge card was billed for this. At that time I had been unaware the transactaion was going right through TM Netgames Dallas.
After I tried to run the overall game, it'd not operate. There is no. Exe file mounted on it to operate it. I approached HITT Amusement, and was informed I'd obtain a callback. They evidently don't have any customer support office.
I've saved 2 additional games through Netgames, from 2 various resources (iWin and Valusoft) and also have had no issues with these activities. I actually donot believe I'll actually obtain a return.
