I was purchased a Acer one / W/I a few months of use my screen apeared to get a black marker in on of the corners of the screen I took a Picture of it and went to where it was purchased/after attemtping to contact the manufacturer. They told me to bring it in. I hadnt turned it on since I took the photo to show them. When I turned on the Mini computer. Half of my screen was gone. The business it was purchased from checked it out and decided no damage was done on my part. They were willing to exchange it if they had the exact same model in stock/or they could loose money. Unfortunitly they did not have the same model. When I finally reached Acer. I was told I had to ship it in myself/UPS with 6inches of bubble wrap / and insurance on the computer while being shipped/then I would more then likely have to pay them another $100.00 to get it fixed. This even after one of their retailers was willing to help. It has been 3 months. I cant reach anyone to help me with this or send me a UPS lable to help with the cost. Times are hard/money is tight / I have 2 kids and am a single mom/if not for all the help my mom gives me I would be bald by now. Why cant they be more helpful. It was a bad screen pixles gone bad. Why cant they just take a minute and look at the bigger picture. Having a cheap good product just is not enough / I look for the whole package customer servers/not just product worth and work. I want the main company to know. I will not purchase from them again if everything is this much hassle. Lifes too short to have to always be fighting.
