Terrible customer service

I've invested a large number of bucks with Newegg.com previously and also have often had great support. After researching this website - I will observe there customer support went down-hill big style.

I recently purchased some storage to get a notebook on January 3rd. It's today the 11th and that I still do not have the storage. I approached customer support via online talk. The very first customer support consultant I acquired might care less and just explained they reduced their delivery support this past year and that I might have to delay. No apology nothing. I subsequently requested to talk to a boss. He was a whole lot worse. I told him I'd not conduct business together any more and he might care less. He explained I'd need to delay several more times and contact them again easily still did not own it. What?!!! Fourteen days to vessel storage from Tennessee to IA? You've to become joking

I'll challenge it with my charge card organization and that I WOn't conduct business together again.

It remains to impress me what sort of Organization such as this are prepared to shed great clients when it'd have now been so easy to correct the problem. I suppose there's no-good customer support anymore
