I purchased Iomega 1TB lightweight drive on 9. The push arrived in faulty. I named the store plus they changed it. This 1st alternative worked until 3 - subsequently ceased operating and that I dropped 50 GB of information. Iomega expected me to deliver the damaged push back again to them (at my cost) and delivered me the restored replacement. This 2nd alternative drive labored until 11 and again I dropped 50 GB of information. Iomega tech-support explained to reformat the push and find alternative (4th!) if that doesn't work. The merchandise is ineffective, the support is terrible. I regret I available this purchase / additionally they explained they don't provide discounts. Don't purchase IOMEGA item, it's not worth the trouble and also the cash!
