1. Blizzard has the worst customer service imaginable for a service dealing directly with people (World of Warcraft online gaming). It is impossible to get in game support - they send a canned response apologizing for not being able to contact you when you were online the entire time waiting for them to respond, or you spend hours on hold waiting for them to pick up their calls in the queue.

2. Swiss cheese security protocols. Accounts that haven't been played (thus not responding to in-game scams, visiting scam websites, etc) for several months are hacked. Accounts that are active (and aware of security issues) get hacked. Even if you only visit the approved WoW forums, your account gets hacked. Good luck getting them restored (see above on customer service).
3. No enforcement of own TOA. Young children with no supervision have accounts in a game where foul language, sexual remarks, and predators of all sorts participate. Language filters do not catch everything, parents. Players in obvious violation of "acceptable behavior" continue their actions indefinitely with no repurcussions despite complaints lodged. All this creates an extremely hostile environment for players of any age.
I wouldn't pay someone to scream obscenities and derogatory remarks at me in real life, so why in a game?
