I introduced an emachine el1331g-01w the very first week of dec it go wrong nearly 3 months later. It'd not switch on. I've been providing figures to contact customer support however they didn't function. I eventually got several that will operate. I had been educated that after by using this pc for under 3 weeks I've to pay for to ship this device out for them and that I won't be repaid for that delivery. I had been advised of this after I'd spoken to 2 different people. I'll never get another emachine.
