I have been on hold for 30 minutes with their customer service

Our 86-year old Mom bought a 32" Television, Design # SK32H240S, spending nearly $700.00 30 days following the guarantee had ended there is audio with no image. A trustworthy restoration organization in my own region stated it may not be fixed. I've been on-hold for half an hour using their customer support, chose to research evaluations on Westinghouse items. Today I understand I'll not get customer support. Will need to buy another Television... Like my 86-year Mom has got the $ to purchase a Television annually. Never purchase westinghouse!
