Nothing for my money / want return

We were promted that anything was inappropriate n / our computer that it had been saturated in disease & additional neg issues, this website stated that it'd cleanup & look after all of the issues to get a reduced price of 29.95. It didnt do something & billed our card for 39.95, there's no telephone # to contact that I will discover & no reaction on the internet site. We cant even acess the product, we simply need our cash back
