2/8/10 I couldn't start my pc for PROTECTION DEVICE by having an symbol much like Microsoftis kept appearing. Even if you visited "Stop" it'd not disappear.
Only method to ensure it is disappear was to buy it for $49.95.
Thinking it had been Microsoftis - I did so.
