Company person named HP in regards to a guarantee component replacement. Horsepower informed company person to create printer to CrossRoads Pcs for warranty repair. Have now been battling about the telephone with horsepower for 5 times looking to get the guarantee replacement component delivered to us. We've been disconnected, rerouted and placed on store way too many occasions. That is unexceptional. HP Hurts.
