I gave charge card # and settled $19.95 2 weeks before.

I've not obtained a permit title or signal that are required to join up and operate the PC Device Technician.

There's no telephone or additional contact suppport record.

How do I contact them? How do I obtain a reimbursement or atleast quit a possible future automated charge card cost for undate December?
