Horrible product and customer service

I bought an horsepower earlier this Jan.By July, the drive failed. Then it failed again. A month later they'd to displace the video card. After about another month the cd-drive quit functioning. They'd me email it in and also the stored it for nearly 14 days. After I eventually got it back you know what, yes you first got it, they'dnot changed the push. I named my case employee and he shipped me a brand new pc. I obtained the brand new pc with in 3 months it ceased setting up. Back about the telephone for 3 hours. They provide to deliver me recovery drives. Okay I've today received two models of drives to get a 32 bit pc and quarry is just a 64-bit. Yes the packing slip claims they delivered 64-bit but no that'snot exactly what the drives state. They pc won't consider them. Yesterday my new situation function sent the provider to discover why I keep obtaining the incorrect drives... By 2 nights before he'snot gotten an answer. He's now-not getting my calls. I named the organization workplace and talked to Keith at corporate customer support. He'd me on-hold for five minutes and delivered me straight back towards the trick that has been getting my communications for that situation employee who'snot addressing my calls. 800 dollar pc and that I got six months from it. I'm so pissed I can not notice right... I'm searching for a MAC at this time. I dont believe they've any ideas on assisting me. I feel cheated and remaining abandon. I'll never buy among their items again!!!
