"Jacob" - Rude/changes in company policy

I go to Best Buy ALOT. I am a computer tech guy for a small company and I buy equipment there often. I use the non-profit paperwork and the company credit card. Again... I buy there often and usually help the individuals ring me up when checking out. So today 10 Oct 08, I am there buying over 210.00 worth of networking equipment for expanding this company. The kid is a little troubled on how to do the transaction so he calls "Jacob."
"Jacob" is the supervisor and he informs me that I cannot do this transaction without paperwork signed by the company authorizing you to use the non profit.
I am flabbergasted. I say.."I have been here countless times buying items for the company with this paperwork AND the credit card AND you have the paperwork on file from last week when I was in here"
"Jacob" states that he can't help that other people were wrong but he is here now and he is doing things as the yshould be."
I then ask for someone higher. He says this is his area and he is who I will be speaking to.
So I say I am going to complain to higher and he says to me "You can complain, but all it is going to do is come back to this store and to me anyway" Basically saying complain all you want... It will go nowhere.
So I called Best Buy corp. And complained and am telling you my story here.
And by the way. I left Best Buy and went to Circuit City and saved $70.00!!!
